You bring 5+ years in backend leadership, strong fundamentals, and experience with Go/Java, AWS, and Kubernetes to build high-availability infrastructure used by millions of users.

Qualifications

• Led engineering teams for 5+ years building and operating high-scale backend infrastructure.
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering and system design.
• Experience managing Tier 0 / Tier 1 services with on-call rotations and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction and roadmap across Core Services: Edge Caches, RTS, EKM, IDR, and image proxying.
• Lead multi-quarter migrations while maintaining reliability for millions of users.
• Drive delivery with focus on reliability, sprint planning, launches, and runbooks.
• Manage on-call operations and incident management for Tier 0 services.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Compliance, Security, and AWS.
