Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
- 3+ years managing Full Stack development teams (Java, Spring, AWS)
- Cloud technologies such as AWS or VMware
- Automated testing, CI/CD
- Proven experience with Agile and DevOps practices
- Ability to lead cross-functional groups and deliver results
- Strong ownership, urgency and drive
Responsibilities
- Lead two or more engineering teams and guide delivery of product components
- Provide budget, method and staffing oversight for projects
- Mentor engineers and promote best practices in design and architecture
- Drive DevOps and automation initiatives across the org
- Ensure testing policies are followed and SLAs are met
- Partner with product, architecture, and business leaders on roadmaps and delivery
