Job summary

Adobe Unified Platform is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Meta Factory teams responsible for the agent harness, definitions, execution loop, evaluations, and self-improvement capabilities. You will drive architecture, tool integrations, and scalable execution with cross-functional partners across product, engineering, and security.

The role requires 5+ years of people management, 2+ years leading AI deployments, and deep expertise in AI/ML systems, LLMs, and cloud platforms

Qualifications

5+ years of people management experience.
2+ years leading teams deploying AI in production.
Strong background in AI/ML systems and LLM APIs.
Experience with agent frameworks and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
Excellent architectural judgment and risk identification abilities.
Proven ability to develop engineers and grow teams.

Responsibilities

Own engineering execution for Meta Factory, including agent harness, definitions, execution loop, evaluations, and self-improvement systems.
Lead development of the agent harness, including runtime, tool integrations, context management, and execution environments.
Build and lead a high-performing engineering team that partners cross-functionally to turn strategy into prioritized, reliable, secure, and scalable execution.
Design feedback systems that help agents evaluate their work, learn from outcomes, and improve over time.
Lead build-vs-buy evaluations across the Meta Factory stack with clear recommendations.
Stay current with agentic standards and AI engineering practices and apply advances to Meta Factory.
