Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling engineering teams delivering AI, developer platform, or infrastructure systems.
• 5+ years of people management, including 2+ years leading teams deploying AI in production.
• Technical depth in AI/ML systems, including LLM APIs and agent frameworks.
• Experience reviewing designs, evaluating tradeoffs, and mitigating production risks.
• Experience developing engineers, expanding team capabilities, and supporting growth.
• Clear communication to align stakeholders and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering execution for Meta Factory, including agent harness and definitions.
• Lead development of the agent harness, including runtime, tool integrations, and contexts.
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team across functional partners.
• Design feedback systems for agents to evaluate, learn, and improve over time.
• Lead build-versus-buy evaluations across the Meta Factory stack with clear recommendations.
• Stay current with AI engineering practices and apply advances to Meta Factory.
