Qualifications

• 15+ years in software engineering, including 5+ years in engineering management overseeing 10+ engineers.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native distributed systems and architectural reviews.
• Familiar with AWS ecosystems, microservices, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Proven track record of embracing AI tools to enhance team productivity.
• Experience shipping complex software products with agile, data-driven approach.
• Strong background in building diverse, high-performing engineering teams with inclusion and growth.
• Exceptional communication skills for technical strategy and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Management to deliver seamless communication identity workflows for external customers

• Communicate team strategy and progress transparently to leadership and cross-functional partners

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.
This role will lead a high-impact engineering organization responsible for core customer-facing and internal platform capabilities. The Senior Engineering Manager will own delivery priorities, guide architectural direction, and partner closely with Product Management to improve communication identity workflows for external customers. This leader will also drive operational excellence, strengthen team performance, and help the organization adopt AI-enabled practices that increase engineering velocity.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $207,200 – $304,600 annually
