Qualifications

• 3+ years of hotel management or supervisory experience.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and related trades.
• Ability to manage capital projects and coordinate maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and other equipment across the hotel.
• Lead capital projects and property rehabilitation.
