Job summary

Simtra US LLC in Bloomington, Indiana seeks a Sr. Manager of Engineering & Maintenance to lead a multi‑disciplinary team responsible for secondary packaging support for parenteral products.

You will drive TPM, equipment reliability, and project execution while maintaining safety, quality and regulatory standards in a cell‑based building structure reporting to the Associate Director Engineering & Maintenance Operations.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 7+ years manufacturing experience in a cGMP environment.
• 3+ years leadership/supervisory experience with project execution.
• Experience managing process equipment and related automation.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, drive improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Process Engineers, Maintenance personnel and Equipment Coordinators.
• Oversee TPM, preventive and corrective maintenance, and project management.
• Coordinate facilities maintenance and equipment upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs and safety standards.
• Drive reliability, performance metrics and cross‑functional collaboration.
