Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of technical experience with progressive responsibility and impact.
• Formal leadership experience including mentoring direct reports.
• Demonstrated leadership in guiding engineers through complex challenges.
• Experience designing and deploying resilient, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering strategy and delivery across Brokerage platform and related capabilities.
• Manage integrations with clearing firms (NFS, Pershing, LPL) and vendor tools for advisor-client collaboration.
• Own delivery across wealth platform domains (advisor tools, client experience, brokerage integration, servicing).
• Drive innovation by identifying strategic opportunities with maximum business impact.
• Bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders and align with enterprise architecture.
