Docupace, a WealthTech leader, seeks a Senior Director of Engineering for Enterprise Products to drive the technical vision of the Core Platform. You will report to the CTO, set long-term architecture, and build high-performing teams to deliver scalable, compliant wealth-management workflows.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Compliance, and executive stakeholders, guiding delivery for account opening, advisor transitions, and document management while advancing

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience with leadership.
• Experience building and scaling engineering teams at a product company.
• Deep backend fluency in Java/Spring and distributed systems.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute multi-year engineering vision for the Core Platform.
• Build and retain world-class engineering teams and leaders.
• Represent Engineering in cross-functional leadership forums.
• Drive architectural standards and platform modernization.
• Oversee delivery of core platform workstreams and ensure governance.
