The role leads cross‑functional collaborations with product, architecture, and SRE to deliver high‑quality UI frameworks, perform optimization, and maintain enterprise‑grade delivery across Schwab's Sales & Service Technology portfolio.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building large scale, highly available systems with Java/Spring.
• 4+ years with containers and microservices in cloud environments.
• 4+ years with Angular and front-end frameworks.
• 4+ years delivering cloud-based CI/CD pipelines.
• 2+ years working with AWS/GCP/PCF and databases.
• Proven cross-team collaboration and architectural leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set frontend engineering standards for Angular applications and modern patterns.
• Lead full lifecycle from design to production support across multiple agile teams.
• Mentor engineers and improve framework adoption and developer experience.
• Coordinate cross-team integration with distributed front-end experiences.
