Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking an entry-level engineer to join our team in a role that emphasizes quality, safety, and continuous improvement. You will work under experienced mentors to apply standard engineering techniques, review plans, and contribute to product and process improvements.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field and 0–3 years of experience, with a strong focus on written and verbal communication and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 0–3 years of experience.
• Ability to work under supervision and independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Integer’s Values and safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements including QMS, FDA regulations, and company procedures.
• Under supervision, select and apply standard engineering techniques to modify existing products and processes.
• Review procedures and plans prior to implementation and evaluate products for potential improvements.
• Participate in projects to investigate, develop, document, and implement new product and process technologies of moderate complexity.
• Follow quality management and production system methodologies to identify opportunities for product and process improvements.
• Apply data analysis to establish root cause for product/process failures and justify improvements.
• Observe products and processes to identify discrepancies and determine root causes.
• Collaborate with others to exchange information and ensure understanding in development as an engineer.
• Embed Quality in the Engineering discipline and support corrective and preventive actions and KPI attainment.
• May perform other duties as needed as directed by supervision.
