Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, engineering, or math-related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of enterprise-level digital or technical experience with progressive responsibility.
• Formal people leadership experience and ability to coach talent.
• Strong background in digital experience, web platforms, or client-facing product delivery.
