The role oversees cloud and on-prem infrastructure, develops product roadmaps, and balances user needs with business goals, timelines and budget. Hybrid work in Boston or Madison, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a shared services environment supporting multiple IT customers and stakeholder groups.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure including print, storage and networks.
• Proven ability to prioritise workload, manage competing demands and develop KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Applies technical knowledge to create a roadmap and architect solutions meeting business needs.
• Manages design, development, engineering, implementation and operations of servers, infrastructure and services.
• Oversees product roadmaps and backlogs prioritised by value delivery.
• Drives development balancing user needs, business objectives, resources and feasibility.
• Monitors performance and availability of cloud and internal services.
• Leads cross-functional project teams and ensures on-time, on-budget completion.
• Fosters a collaborative, performance-driven environment and aligns with mission and values.
