FreeWheel, a Comcast company, is seeking a Sr. Manager of Software Engineering for Audience & Measurement. You will lead Buyer Cloud User Data Engineering, shaping strategy, architecture, and delivery of platforms handling audience, taxonomy, metadata, and identity data across Buyer Cloud.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, ensure privacy-compliant functionality, and drive cloud cost efficiency while mentoring engineers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of data engineering or large-scale data platforms.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams of five or more.
• Strong Python and cloud architecture experience.
• Hands-on AWS, CI/CD, Terraform and Kubernetes expertise.
• Strong SQL skills and data governance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own the engineering strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Buyer Cloud User Data platforms.
• Lead, develop, and mentor software and data engineers.
• Oversee design, delivery, and production support of scalable data platforms.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Drive quality, release governance, and cloud cost efficiency.
