Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience building enterprise software products and distributed systems.
• 4+ years of engineering management leading software teams.
• Strong software architecture background across frontend, backend, APIs, and AI.
• Hands-on backend with Java, Python, Go, or comparable languages.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures (GCP/AWS/Azure).

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of engineers across frontend, backend, AI, and platform areas.
• Lead AI-powered Sales applications including intelligence and workflow features.
• Own modern application development and integrations with enterprise platforms.
• Drive AI-first engineering practices, tool calling, context management, and observability.
• Partner with Product, Sales Ops, Data, AI, Security, and other teams to deliver seller-focused products.
