Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience in product design, development, testing, or systems engineering; or 7 years with a Master's.
• Minimum 5 years leading engineering product development projects.
• Minimum 5 years applying engineering analysis, testing, simulation, or quantitative methods to design.
• Minimum 3 years leading or coordinating the technical work of other engineers.
• Minimum 3 years applying statistical analysis or DOE methods to product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead major and strategically important engineering initiatives from definition to implementation.
• Establish project plans, workstreams, schedules, and resources for successful execution.
• Provide technical leadership to engineers working on complex development activities.
• Mentor engineers in judgment, problem solving, and data analysis.
