Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering discipline.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years in engineering design, development, or systems engineering.
• 5+ years leading engineering projects and mentoring engineers.
• Experience with analytical methods, testing, DOE, MSA.

Responsibilities

• Lead major engineering and product development initiatives from definition to implementation.
• Provide technical leadership to engineers on complex projects.
• Mentor engineers in problem solving, DOE, and design decisions.
• Promote disciplined engineering methods linking requirements to specifications and verification.
• Develop design rules, models, and standard practices across product families.
• Lead risk analysis and mitigation for technical challenges.
• Collaborate with product management, operations, and quality teams.
