Job summary

Dover Corp is seeking an experienced Manager, Product Engineering in the Keosauqua/Centerville, Iowa area to lead a team that supports factory operations, quality issues, and sustaining design improvements across our specialty product lines.

The role requires strong technical judgement, execution discipline, and the ability to drive prioritization across competing demands. Reports to the Director of Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years in product engineering or manufacturing support.
• 3+ years leading technical teams.
• Experience resolving production issues and root cause analysis.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Product Engineers across multiple sites.
• Drive rapid response to production issues and field quality concerns.
• Prioritize engineering support requests and track progress.
• Own sustaining engineering activities including ECNs and BOM accuracy.
• Collaborate to improve manufacturability, reliability, and cost.
• Support readiness for new product launches and handoff from NPD.
