Job summary

Liberty is seeking a Senior Manager, Engineering to lead the Engineering department, oversee gas utility infrastructure projects, ensure safety, compliance, and cost efficiency, and guide design, resource planning and performance of systems and facilities to support growth.

You will supervise staff, manage large capital projects, ensure certifications, collaborate with regulatory bodies, and drive continuous improvement through strong leadership and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in gas utility, pipeline, or utility infrastructure engineering.
• PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supports direct reports responsible for planning, management and delivery of projects.
• Oversees engineering solution design, analysis and resource estimation per Liberty standards.
• Lead team to develop 1-3 year expansion and reinforcement plans for gas systems.
• Ensure staff certifications and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Collaborate with regulators and third-party firms as needed for permits.
