Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or Electrical Engineering Technology (BSEET).
• 3–6 years of product development experience in electrical or electromechanical manufacturing.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Asana or Jira; PMP/CAPM a plus.
• Experience with analog/digital circuit design, power electronics, PCB oversight, schematics, and lab test equipment.
• Familiarity with electrical safety standards, enclosure ratings (NEMA/IP), and testing procedures.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Dual Project & Engineering Ownership: lead multi-disciplinary product engineering projects, managing scope, timelines, and budget.
• Product Design & Engineering: circuit design, component selection, schematic capture, and system integration for new/existing lines.
• Process Management: define milestones, maintain plans, track risk, coordinate daily execution across teams.
• DFX & Manufacturing Integration: apply DFM/DFA to transition designs into production.
• Testing & Compliance: coordinate functional testing, prototyping, and compliance testing (UL/CE/FCC/ISO).
• Vendor & Supply Chain Coordination: liaise with suppliers and testing labs to maintain build schedules.
