Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace seeks a Completions Coordinator in Appleton to lead the day-to-day operations of the completions shop. You will plan workloads, ensure the availability of manpower and materials, and support the shop in meeting safety and quality targets.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and about 5 years of aircraft experience in a related discipline. This position emphasizes adherence to FAA/GAC specs, safety, and Lean initiatives within a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 years previous aircraft experience in specific discipline of the position.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day activities of the completions shop and plans workloads.
• Ensures paperwork and documentation (ADTS, CDMS, CMP cards, R&I log) are complete.
• Supports Lean and Quality Improvement teams to meet goals and safety programs.
• Maintains shop equipment and ensures readiness for production.
• Protects aircraft interiors as needed and ensures safety rules are followed.
