Job summary

Milwaukee Tool seeks a Sr. Engineering Lab Technician to lead advanced testing and data analysis in a fast-paced lab environment. You will oversee daily lab operations, ensure precision, mentor junior staff and collaborate with engineers to validate designs and specifications.

The role requires strong leadership, technical depth in electrical/mechanical systems and a commitment to safety and quality in product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years' experience preferred; HS diploma with extensive relevant experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup, execution and analysis of engineering tests and prototypes.
• Oversee lab operations, calibration, inventory and 6S standards.
• Collect, analyze test data and prepare reports for the engineering team.
• Mentor junior technicians and interns on safety, best practices and technical skills.
