Job summary

Trailborn Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Chief Engineer to oversee the Jackson Hole property’s maintenance and engineering operations. You will lead the Engineering & Grounds team, manage the department budget, and drive capital projects to ensure guest experiences meet brand standards.

The role requires extensive supervisory experience, a relevant engineering degree, and strong planning abilities to develop long-range capital plans and guarantee safety and efficiency across all facilities.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years supervisory experience in building maintenance or related trades.
• BS or advanced degree in engineering or related field.
• Ability to manage operational and capital budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Engineering and Grounds department operations within budget.
• Develop and manage a 5-year Capital Plan for hotel, condos and employee housing.
• Coordinate with project managers to complete projects on time and within scope.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across all facilities.
