Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in document production within engineering.
• Experience with NHDOT preferred.
• Proficiency in discipline software (MicroStation, OpenRoads) and MS Office.
• Strong communication and collaborative work ethic; ability to lead design drawing layout.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of contract and construction drawings for highway and rail projects using MicroStation and OpenRoads.
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers to ensure quality across deliverables.
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to support schedules and budgets.
• Support technical reports, material costs, and construction estimates.
• Prepare As-Builts documentation and assist field assignments as needed.
