Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; 7+ years IT experience or 11+ years overall.
• 3 years of management or leadership experience.
• Experience leading software engineering across multiple teams.
• Experience with cloud computing / SaaS.
• Experience with analysis and modeling tools (Excel, Jira, GitHub).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in a matrixed organization and staff/resource planning.
