Job summary

TAE Power Solutions seeks a Senior EDM to define and manage the engineering execution architecture for BESS hardware and software. You will break down high-level objectives into clear tasks with owners, dependencies, and readiness criteria, coordinating with PMO and cross-functional teams to ensure milestone alignment.

You will lead cadence reviews, drive cross-functional alignment, and implement operational processes to track outcomes and optimize performance using Six Sigma CTQ methods.

Qualifications

• Extensive interdisciplinary background in BESS development, validation, certification, and manufacturing.
• 7 years of direct experience with stationary BESS, power electronics, controls, and safety compliance programs.
• Extensive experience leading execution planning for complex hardware and software products.
• Demonstrated ability to build detailed WBS and dependency maps that stand up to robust audit.

Responsibilities

• Define engineering work breakdown structure across systems, electrical, mechanical, software, and manufacturing readiness.
• Establish phase gate readiness criteria for milestones (requirements/build/certification releases).
• Translate engineering changes into task-level impacts for PMO baselines.
• Lead weekly progress reviews, dependency reviews, and risk/issue tracking.
• Build a scalable JIRA structure with EPICs, stories, and ownership.
• Provide concise technical executive readouts on progress and risks.
