Job summary

Textron Inc. in Troy, Michigan, seeks a Sr PECC Americas to lead regional engineering-change coordination across the Americas.

You will own the regional tracking file with high visibility dashboards and drive cross-functional Change Control meetings to ensure timely implementation. Responsibilities include coordinating phase-in/phase-out activities, maintaining accurate change data in PLM/ERP systems, and aligning with Manufacturing, Quality, Materials & Logistics, and Program Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
• Manufacturing experience in automotive or related industries is desirable.
• Experience with engineering change management, manufacturing engineering, materials/logistics, program management, or product launches preferred.
• Strong understanding of BOMs, material planning, and production scheduling.
• Experience working with PLM and/or ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering changes through plant review, concurrence, approvals, shipment readiness, implementation, and closure.
• Lead regular cross-functional engineering change meetings and track actions, owners, timing, risks, and open issues for all plants in the Americas.
• Oversee MRP master data and pack instructions to ensure compliance with Kautex standards.
• Identify and elevate risks, overdue actions, timing conflicts, and readiness gaps.
• Support continuous improvement of the plant engineering change-management process.
• Understand and support all IATF/customer requirements and audits.
• Onsite plant support as needed throughout the US, Canada, Mexico locations.
