Job summary

Target is seeking a Senior Engineering & Facilities Maintenance Manager for our Windsor, CT Food Distribution Center. You will lead engineering strategies to ensure operational excellence, asset reliability, and sustainable performance across the network.

Drive safety-first culture, manage multi-shift teams, and coordinate with HQ Supply Chain Engineering on standards and initiatives. You will oversee maintenance of material handling systems, drive preventative maintenance, and lead

Qualifications

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with a safety-first mindset.
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams across multiple shifts including weekends, overnights, and holidays.
Extensive experience with material handling equipment (MHE), powered industrial trucks, conveyors, sortation systems, and large-scale integrated systems maintenance.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance operations to ensure peak performance of material handling equipment and related technologies.
Manage OpEx and CapEx budgets and partner with vendors for SLA adherence.
Lead reliability and continuous improvement initiatives with data-driven analytics.
