Job summary

Target in Rialto, CA is seeking an Engineering & Facilities Maintenance Operations Manager to lead a high‑performing maintenance team within the upstream distribution center. You will drive reliability-centered maintenance, optimize equipment availability, and manage multi-contractor projects while ensuring safety and compliance across site assets.

The role requires a 4‑year engineering degree or equivalent experience, prior supervision, and strong project leadership in a fast-paced facilities

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Previous supervisory experience in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance technicians and operations staff.
• Drive reliability-centered maintenance strategies to maximize asset availability.
• Manage multi-contractor projects, external contractors and safety programs.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics and shift hand-offs.
• Ensure safety through compliance with Lock Out/Tag Out and PPE procedures.
