Qualifications

• Five years of project management experience in civil, chemical, electrical, environmental, industrial, mechanical, or systems engineering.
• Knowledge of contract administration: scope development, proposal evaluation, oversight, and invoice review.
• Ability to conduct field investigations at industrial and solid waste facilities.
• Ability to interpret engineering and regulatory requirements for solid waste, waste-to-energy, and permitting.
• Strong analytical skills using engineering models and complex cost/tracking data.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the Resource Recovery Facility program budget and related operations.
• Review, reconcile, and track monthly contractor invoices and PO balances.
• Serve as contract manager for the Ash Transportation and Disposal Contract.
• Act as SME for RRF-related legal agreements including Service, Waste Disposal, and Site agreements.
• Coordinate compliance with laws and regulations; work with consultants on inspections.
• Support Site 2 Landfill permit renewal, inspections, and related property activities.
• Perform engineering field work and participate in meetings and reviews.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and recommendations for senior leadership.
