Job summary

BryceTech is seeking a Senior Engineer/Scientist to provide scientific, engineering, and technical advisory support to AFRL domains under the JUPITER program at Kirtland AFB, NM. You will help develop, evaluate, demonstrate, and transition advanced technologies addressing warfighter needs.

Qualified candidates bring a PhD with 7+ years or a higher degree with commensurate experience, active TS/SCI clearance, and a track record in space or information and spectrum systems; strong communication

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility (TS/SCI).
• PhD degree in engineering or science disciplines with seven years of experience, or master’s degree with nine years, or bachelor’s degree with twelve years.
• Demonstrated experience in Space or Information and Spectrum systems and/or technologies.
• Ability to conduct technical analysis and provide sound technical recommendations.
• Strong written and oral communication of complex technical information.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level scientific, engineering, and technical advisory support to AFRL/RJ and AFRL/RF.
• Support space warfare and information/spectrum technology investment planning.
• Evaluate technologies for technical merit, feasibility, and potential warfighter impact.
• Conduct studies, analyses, evaluations, assessments, and trade studies.
• Provide input to near-term and long-term technology investment strategies.
• Collaborate with government, industry, academia, and national labs.
