Responsibilities

Sustain engineering support for control systems and electronics in Eaton's medium voltage switchgear line.
Develop and maintain product designs, BOMs, drawings, and specifications for control systems and protective relays.
Support new product introductions and engineering changes; resolve issues with cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with suppliers and suppliers' quality engineers to evaluate components.
Investigate quality and reliability issues and communicate findings to customers.
Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, DFM, and DFA methods.
Perform engineering analyses and simulations using CAD/FEA and other tools.
Coordinate product verification, validation, and reliability testing with labs.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
