Job summary

The role provides independent engineering oversight across planning, design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning, with emphasis on regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and effective briefing of senior management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of engineering experience on large construction or capital projects.
• 5+ years of experience in nuclear, chemical, or similarly regulated facilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate engineering analyses, designs, specifications, calculations, and design changes for technical adequacy, regulatory compliance, and conformance with engineering standards and project requirements.
• Analyze complex technical issues and evaluate alternative solutions to support effective decision-making and risk mitigation.
• Serve as a technical resource in support of project planning, execution, and problem resolution activities.
