Job summary

Nestlé is seeking a Senior Engineer Industrial Services (Water and Wastewater) to provide technical leadership across the North American zone for wastewater and incoming water systems. You will deploy standards, governance, and capability-building programs to improve water quality, safety, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years in wastewater treatment, water systems, environmental compliance and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise for wastewater and water systems.
• Develop and deploy technical standards and governance routines.
• Collaborate with engineering, environmental, quality and operations teams to mitigate risks.
• Support capital projects: front-end input, design reviews, commissioning and criteria.
• Lead root cause analyses and corrective action plans for water-related issues.
• Build North American capability through training and knowledge sharing.
