Job summary
Nestlé USA is seeking an Expert ME (IS) for Utility Engineering to oversee Thermal, Refrigeration, Waste Water, Compressed Air, Hazard Gases, Sustainability and Compliance across Nestlé USA factories. You will supply safe, reliable industrial services and lead IS project delivery, driving efficiency and cost control.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Engineering required.
- General Engineering Principles taught in engineering education.
- Ability to use digital tools effectively.
- Understanding of industry standards for drawing deliverables, field support, and utility systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide SME expertise for ammonia/refrigeration, boiler/thermal, compressed air, and wastewater system design.
- Lead and coach Factory IS staff and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards during design and operation.
- Deliver IS engineering outputs for projects (SOWs, RFQs, construction packages, equipment specs).
- Drive sustainability projects focusing on energy and water reduction.
