Job summary

Cornerstone Energy Services, Inc. seeks an Engineer III to serve as a senior technical leader across multiple disciplines.

You will drive engineering excellence, oversee quality, and support client satisfaction on complex projects from concept through delivery. This role requires independent judgement, proactive problem solving, and the ability to mentor junior engineers while advancing business development and maintaining safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Consistently demonstrates high levels of mechanical engineering technical knowledge, ingenuity, and creativity.
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices and the ability to apply them.
• Proven experience in solving complex problems, identifying alternative solutions, and evaluating outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership to a project or discipline.
• Maintain or set Company standards for quality, production, efficiency, and public safety.
• Review engineering reports, designs, and specifications for compliance.
• Design, draft, and plan proposed projects and assess determinations for guidelines.
• Represent the Company at events and maintain client relationships.
• Lead preparation of project proposals and participate in bid walks.
• May act as team leader, hiring, assigning, and training staff.
• Oversee budget tracking and long-range tactical planning on multiple projects.
