Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications.
• Communicate technical solutions to sales staff and customers.
• Lead project cost estimating and consult on advanced product design.
• Provide installation oversight and advanced troubleshooting in the field.
• Drive process improvements and mentor junior engineers.
