The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 5+ years of experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD or MicroStation. You will coordinate with managers, clients, and subconsultants while mentoring junior staff and ensuring project success.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive civil engineering and land development design experience.
• Experience with projects in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area preferred.

Aufgaben

• Prepare site and civil engineering plans for residential, commercial, mixed-use, and public-sector projects.
• Design roadways, grading, drainage, stormwater, sediment control, water, and sewer systems.
• Develop analyses, exhibits, graphics, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, subconsultants, and regulators.
• Manage project tasks to meet schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
• Mentor and train junior staff.
• Contribute technical expertise through all project phases.
