Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years with a Master’s degree or 8 years with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-time completion of components development/qualification projects for new products and cost reduction.
• Lead DFMEAs and develop reliability tests to meet goals for components/materials.
• Review test data, interpret results, and write technical reports with recommendations.
• Provide guidelines to product engineers on appropriate component application.
