The Fleet and Deployment Services team maintains assets for COCO business opportunities, demonstrations and IRAD projects. Under supervision, you will maintain configuration management for prototype to production aircraft and ground equipment, integrate new tech, and coordinate with flight, test, program office, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering; four+ years with bachelor or two+ with master; substitution possible.
• Strong understanding of engineering concepts, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and organize work to meet timelines.
• Excellent written and oral communication, documentation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours; support for CONUS flight operations.

Responsibilities

• Supports operation of engineering systems by evaluating needs and problems and develops approaches to resolving those issues.
• Applies technical knowledge to analyze, investigate and resolve engineering problems.
• Develops documentation of findings and implemented solutions; may present brief technical findings.
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ensures compliance with laws, regulations, and company obligations.
