Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Senior Engineer, Customer Quality Engineering to join a dynamic and cross-functional team. The CQE will interact at multiple levels within Customer, Entegris, and Supplier organizations and manage changing priorities with a calm-assertive demeanor.

The role requires strong project management and experience in quality tools, with travel up to 50% to support NA and Asia. Location options include Bedford, MA or Danbury, CT sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electric/Electronic Engineering, or related technical field.
• 5+ years experience in an engineering role in quality, process, equipment or materials; semiconductor industry preferred.
• Experience managing issues and projects between internal stakeholders and customers with escalation.
• Project management experience focused on closing gaps between capabilities and customer needs.
• Experience with quality tools such as Pareto, FMEA, SPC/SQC, histograms, trend analysis, process mapping, DOE, cause/effect diagrams, 8D.
• Willingness to work non-standard hours and alternate shifts across North America and Asia.
• Ability to travel 10% to 50% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, sales teams and factory/product/supply chain/quality teams.
• Execute CQE responsibilities per CQE Policy and account-specific plans.
• Support Materials Solutions Division.
• Engage in problem solving, change management, audits, project development, and cross-functional tasks.
• Be part of a global team to improve success with customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across products, regions and companies.
• Demonstrate planning, execution, discipline, learning, leadership and teamwork aligned with PACE values.
• Provide support for documentation, item tracking, performance reporting and process improvements.
