Job summary

Entegris in Colorado Springs is seeking a Lead Engineer, Quality Operating Systems to drive quality system improvements in partnership with Operations, Quality, and Engineering. You will identify system needs, lead audits, and guide cross-functional teams to enhance QMS maturity.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in manufacturing with proven QMS, QA, or QE experience, and strong problem-solving and collaboration skills. On-site work 3+ days/week with travel up to 15% is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor of Science in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive QMS improvements in partnership with Operations, Quality, and Engineering.
• Identify, diagnose, and propose solutions to quality system needs at Colorado Springs.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to raise QMS maturity and standardization.
• Lead and coordinate internal QMS audits and site ISO 9001/customer audits.
• Contribute to global quality system projects to elevate quality standards.

• Drive qualitymanagement systemimprovement at the EntegrisColorado Springs, COfacilitiesin partnership with Operations, Quality, and Engineeringas a member of the North AmericaQuality Operating Systems teamatat Entegris


• Identify,diagnose,and propose solutions to quality system needs at Colorado Springsthrough collaborative discussion with cross-functional team members, review of metrics/KPIs, internal audits/assessments, hands-on observations, and structured problem-solving tools


• Guide cross-functional leaders, process owners, and corrective action (CAPA) assignees in their quality system journey, empowering them to adopt best practices and raise quality management system (QMS) maturity


• Leadquality systemaudit activities includingconductinginternalQMSauditsacross Entegris sites andcoordinatingsiteISO 9001, customer auditsat our 2 Colorado Springs manufacturing plants


• Lead and/or contribute to global quality system projects to increase process performance and elevate quality standards across Entegris worldwide

What we seek:

• Abilitytotravel up to 15%


• Abilitytowork onsite at least 3 days per week


• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 orsimilarstandards


• Internal auditor experience and/or certificationpreferred

• Compensation: $108,000.00-$135,500.00 a year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
