Responsibilities

• Lead asset condition assessment programs for critical generation assets to evaluate equipment health and guide maintenance decisions.
• Develop and implement condition monitoring, inspection, testing, preventive maintenance and asset management strategies.
• Provide engineering support and leadership for emergent plant issues and reliability challenges.
• Analyze equipment health data and performance trends to identify risks and develop corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to define scopes, timelines and ensure compliance with requirements.

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering (ABET-accredited or IEA-recognized/MRA)
