Job summary

You will collaborate with Factory, Sales and Business Units, utilizing tools like Tableau, Power BI, and JMP to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering or Engineering Management; Industrial Engineering preferred, with emphasis in Data Analytics.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, managing projects and data analysis.
• Data-driven and results oriented with exposure to analytical tools and approaches such as Six Sigma, JMP, Tableau, and/or Power BI; some coding/tool development.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative setting to drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Actively identify opportunities for revenue recovery and develop strategies to address them.
• Develop structured project management approaches to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate in assessing new business opportunities alongside the business owner.
• Enforce process adherence and data maintenance expectations, including proper administrative controls.
• Develop relationships with Factory, Sales and Business Units to align with industry and customer trends.
