Will identify and drive recommendations to grow revenue, profitability as well as improve internal process efficiency.

• Actively engage in identifying opportunities for revenue recovery and develop strategies to appropriately address them
• Build upon the available resources to develop a structured approach to project management and execution to improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate in the assessment of new business opportunities alongside the business owner
• Enforces process adherence and data maintenance expectations, including proper administrative controls
• Develop relationships with Factory, Sales and Business Units to ensure alignment with industry and customer trends

Required Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering or Engineering Management; Industrial Engineering preferred, with emphasis in Data Analytics
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, managing projects and data analysis
• Experienced managing and executing projects across organizations, highly organized with a keen attention to detail
• Data and results driven, with exposure to analytical tools and approaches, such as Six Sigma, JMP, Tableau, and/or Power BI as well as coding and tool development
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative setting to drive adoption
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, raw materials, and cost structures, including ability to understand product cost modeling
• Good communication, including cross-functional and cross-culturally
• Knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must be flexible to travel up to 5% of the time domestically and/or internationally
• Adaptable and fast learner

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant experience and/or familiarity with semiconductor packaging; alternatively technical or business exposure in manufacturing or other technology field
• Direct AI and Python experience
• Familiarity with an ERP system (SAP preferred)

Location:

Tempe, AZ. This position has a hybrid schedule. Candidates must reside near the local Amkor office or be willing to relocate to be considered.
