Qualifications

• Senior/Staff/Principal-level engineer with strong TS/JS or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Codex, Claude Code, or Cursor.
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions end to end.
• Provide clear, opinionated feedback on usefulness and correctness.
• Assess explanations and reasoning, not just code.
• Define what great looks like when using AI coding tools.
