AirSep Corporation in Buffalo, NY seeks a design-focused engineer to support VPSA projects through design, sustaining, and manufacturing assistance. You will work across teams on site and on manufacturing floors, contributing to commissioning, new product development, and cost-saving initiatives.
The role involves developing test protocols, collaborating with sales, engineering, and supply chain, and assisting with project start-ups and plant service. Travel up to 25% may be required.
This opportunity will provide technical expertise to support existing and new VPSA (Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption) projects. The engineer will be tasked with design, sustaining, improving, and manufacturing support. The candidate will work in collaboration on various teams depending on project scope.
This position is a hands-on engineering position with time spent in both the office and manufacturing floors. The design, sustaining and manufacturing support activities include but are not limited to project management and commissioning, new product development, design optimization, cost saving initiatives, functional design and manufacturability improvements.
This position will be based out of the 260 Creekside Buffalo, New York.
