Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cheyenne, Wyoming. In this role, you will be responsible for client development, project management, profitability, and leadership. You will work closely with clients, manage project teams, and guide design decisions, ensuring the delivery of quality projects.

Essential Skills

Work Environment

This position is based on-site in Cheyenne, Wyoming, at our office. Work hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., providing Friday afternoons away from the office. The team consists of five people at the Cheyenne location, ensuring a close-knit work environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $135000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Provides paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays.Vacation is accrued evenly throughout the year and is available for use after 90 days of employment, as outlined in the offer letter.
