Job summary

Warren CAT is seeking an Engine Technician III to deliver high-quality repairs on equipment, ensuring timely and valuable outcomes for customers. The role requires diagnostic work, accurate quoting, and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities include completing jobs within flat rate times, using diagnostic software, and mentoring others while handling diverse engines and components.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 5–8 years related experience.
• Ability to mentor team members and manage databases/projects.
• Must obtain/possess adequate tooling for duties.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned jobs to meet flat rate times and re-do metrics.
• Follow WCAT safety policies and procedures.
• Access and complete required paperwork and databases (work order, parts order, JSA, DBS, SIMS, SIS web, STW) accurately.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair engines and components; test and verify operation.
• Provide accurate quotes and pricing estimates to customers.
