Alaska Airlines is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager - Engine and Asset Manager to lead engine, APU, nacelle, and LRU asset management and commercial contracting for Alaska, Hawaiian, and Horizon Air. This role designs contracting and asset strategies to optimize total cost of ownership and drive enterprise-wide efficiency.

You will advise senior leaders on asset strategy, coordinate with multiple functions, and mentor cross-functional teams to strengthen propulsion contracting and supplier

Qualifications

• 10 years of aircraft maintenance contract management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or related discipline.
• Proven ability to lead cross-divisional teams on complex sourcing and asset management projects.
• Experience negotiating complex contracts and managing supplier performance in safety-sensitive environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and advanced Excel for financial modeling.
• Excellent communication for executive-level summaries of complex information.
• Minimum age of 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsabilités

• Identifies opportunities and develops enterprise-wide sourcing strategies for engines, APUs, nacelles, LRUs, and related assets.
• Defines asset management strategies and processes to reduce costs and consolidate suppliers.
• Leads competitive sourcing and contract management activities, drafting contracts and amendments.
• Partners with Maintenance, FP&A, Legal, Network Planning, Fleet, and Accounting on engines and assets.
• Influences senior leaders on asset strategy, TCO, and supplier consolidation opportunities.
• Maintains expertise on engine asset management and propulsion contracts, including leases and service agreements.
• Communicates progress and recommendations to senior leadership through structured reporting.
• Mentors cross-functional partners to build enterprise capability.
